Pore Clogging Ingredients
It is very important to read the labels of all skincare, acne care, makeup and hair products. Even if the product has “non- comedogenic” or “non pore clogging” label on it. The list below are ingredients to actively avoid.
Natural oils can be harmful for acne skin types. Many “organic” skin care lines have ingredients like Cocoa butter and Coconut oil. These ingredients along with oils like Jojoba, olive, and lanolin can present problems when formulated with other comedogenic ingredients. “Oil- Free” products are often formulated with comedogenic ingredients.

Our Founder
Meet Kenia
Our founder's years-long struggle with acne ignited a passion to help others achieve clear, healthy skin.
Having experienced the frustration of uncontrolled acne first hand, recognizing the need for gentler yet effective acne solutions, and leveraging eight years of aesthetic experience, she embarked on a journey of obsessive research.
She remembers the impact of severe breakouts – canceled plans, avoided photos, feeling embarrassed – she made a promise: to ensure no one else would feel that way.
The result: Koru Skincare, formulated to achieve true transformation without without compromising skin health.
